It has just come to Bear's attention that Miss Sadie was kidnapped (or stolen) a while ago. Attempts to locate her have proven to be useless.
Bear, her previous guardian and friend, has reached the point where he does not expect to see her again.
I hope, Miss Sadie, that you end up in a wonderful home, where people will love you, feed you well, keep you warm, and give you lots of hugs and walks.
